Laughter as Therapy

TestimonialsWhat They're Saying

"I first met Roddy and his lovely wife at a demonstration and talk about Laughter Yoga, and the benefits it can bring.
I then had an opportunity to learn more about it with some counselling sessions with Roddy, and would recommend it as another form of beneficial therapy.  It sounds counter intuitive when you think that counselling is to help you heal and equip you with the tools you need to live your life, but it has been very helpful to me dealing with some very long-standing issues, and would strongly recommend this as another option.  Laughing makes us feel good, happy, relaxed, and when it is used in a therapeutic setting has the same effect.
Roddy is very experienced, professional and personable.  I would not hesitate to recommend."

“I found the whole experience really helpful and eye opening; the laughter therapy surprised me more than I thought it would; I found myself laughing at home on my own out loud, something I only did outside while with friends, I think before starting this course I had lost my mojo and I’m happy to say its back. Feelings and family were a bit harder, all in all it was a good if not sometimes painful experience. Roddy really was patient, the laughter exercises great fun. If I ever had a problem in the future I would seek Roddy out for help a definite 10 out of 10. PS  I loved the bubbles*.”
